Hey Gents, sorry for the late notice but been busy in Austin.
The Finale for the Knucklehead 2021 Tour Series will be played at the ever favorite course of Heritage Hills. We were able to get a great rate of $45 being seniors but the rate is applicable for all golfers. There is an outing starting at 11 am so thus the starting tee time is early beginning at 9:40 am.
Heritage Hills website states "the well-manicured 18-hole championship course successfully combines characteristics of both links and traditional styles. This rolling course with winding brook, lush flower beds and tranquil ponds delivers ambiance and is home to the PA State Interscholastic Championships. Voted York’s “Best Golf.” Our course is a classic course designed to test experienced players and casual players alike with its beautifully maintained fairways, native shrubbery and cool waterways. The greens are the backdrop to this 18-hole championship course spread across nearly 6800 yards of rolling terrain."
Among its remarkable holes is the 456-yard, par-4 No. 18 (show above) which happens to be the #1 handicap hole and nicknamed Russell's Revenge after the architect Russell Roberts. Your second or third shot requires an accurate shot to a green fronted by water and surrounded by a packed patio of patrons. Beware of taking too big of a risk with the patrons viewing your play.
Tee times start at 9:40 for Saturday October 9.
