Hello SPRING !!! Time to rub the rust off of those golf clubs.
Lets review what has happened since our last event in early November at Pilgrims Oak. Donald Trump is involved in another court case, a Kennedy is running for president, Chiefs repeat in Super Bowl, and bridges have fallen down. And we still haven't crowned the 2023 Knucklehead Tour champion - - more to come on that.
The first tour series event for 2024 is slated to be held at Carroll Valley resort (aka Liberty Mountain) on April 13 Saturday which was the popular choice.
Carroll Valley Golf's 18-hole championship course is located in a valley set amidst the picturesque rolling hills of South Central Pennsylvania, at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. A clear flowing mountain stream fronts nearly a third of the holes which uniquely feature six par 3's and five par 5's. This par 71 course, designed by Ault, Clark & Associates is a true championship length course. Wide fairways and big greens allow for room to spray your golf shots but beware of streams and ponds as it will gobble up golf balls especially the large pond on #9 hole as shown above.
Starting at noon we get the discount rate of $49 for those 55 & over. So please be helpful to those non-senior golfers and purchase their ticket for them. Also for those skiing buffs if you have an EPIC ski pass you will get an additional $5 off of the golf rate.
Add $15 for overall low-net, closest to the pin, and CLEARS (which are basically SKINS for the ONLY low net score on each hole) .

NOTE - - The driving range at Carroll Valley is poor to say the least . So if you haven't been out lately you may want to to take extra time before the round to head to Gettysburg National which is about 10 minutes from Carroll Valley and use their driving range.
