Blue Mash Results

The Knucklehead Tour Series committee found a bargain playing an Arthur Hills course at a BARGAIN price of only $54.  Unfortunately the golf course squeeeeeeeezed an aeration at the beginning of the week. This caused some putts to bump along but everyone had the same conditions.

Brian Duffy mastered the Blue Mash course and almost grabbed an eagle on hole #12 in route to a first place finish of gross 82; net 72.  Just one stroke back were Kwang Yim and Dave Jernigan at net 73. Bob Ingram and Kwang’s cousin Han finished in a tie for fourth place at net 75.

In the CLEARS section Kwang Yim started off the parade with a sweet par on the 401 yard par 4 #2 hole. Brian Duffy did grab a CLEAR for his eventual birdie on the par 5 446 yard #12 hole guarded by water on the right side. Han made a super par on the 130 yard #13 hole to grab a CLEAR. Kwang finished off the CLEARs with a nice birdie on the 430 yard par 4 #16 hole.

John Hassett mastered the par 3s as he was closest to the pin on the 172 yard #4 hole with his 5 –iron, and on the 189 yard #11 hole with his 3-iron, and on the 154 yard #17 hole (pictured above) with his 7-iron. Grabbing the other two CTPs were the Pulaski family as Brian Pulaski used his 6-iron on the 127 yard #6 hole and Ryan Pulaski used his 9-iron on the 130 yard #13 hole.

So at the end the bargain price was well received by the golfers that posted.
